Wenn der Gesichtsbogen anatomisch korrekt ausgerichtet
ist, und der Nivellierstab zum zweiten mal kontrolliert
wurde, wird die NT-Klemme (1) vorsichtig fest, jedoch nicht
zu fest angezogen. Erst danach wird die Horizontal-Klemme
(2) festgezogen.
If the facebow is aligned anatomically correct and the
interpupillar line leveller was controlled the second time, the
NT-toggle (1) shall be carefully drawed, however, not too
tight. Only then the horizontal toggle (2) is tightened.

Dauer / Duration
Die Nivellierstange sichert die korrekte Positionierung der Ohroliven des Gesichtsbogens im äußeren Gehörgang. Der Patient
muss die Ohroliven immer in Position bis zum Abschluss der Gesichtsbogenübertragung halten und bis die Rändelschrauben
an der Nasionstsütze (1) und an der Bissgabel (2) festgezogen sind.
Es ist nicht notwendig, die zentrale Rändelschraube am Gesichtsbogen (3) anzuziehen, um die Seitenarme in Position zu
halten.
The interpupillary line leveler assures the correct positioning of the face bow earpieces in the external auditory canals. The
patient must always hold the earpieces in position until completion of the face bow transfer and knurled thumb screws on
the nasion relator (1) and transfer fork (2) have be set.
It is not necessary to tighten the central thumb screw on the facebow (3) to hold the side arms in position.
