NC Rotary Table
윤활유는 배송하기 전에 NC 로터리 테이블 본체에 이미 채워져 있습니다.
기계를 조작하기 전에 윤활유가 계기의 중심선까지 찼는지 확인하십시오.
*클램프용 유압은 HRS-174 / 174F2 / 204 / 204F4 / 254 / 254F4 /
254F8 / 324 / 324F8 모델에 적용 됩니다.
1) HYD. input port 에 유압호스를 연결해 주십시오.
유압의 공급구(PT1/4)는 바디 상면에 있으므로 설치시는 외형도를
참조해 주십시오.
2) 유압의 공급압은 최대 3.5MPa(
35.6kgf/cm
2
)이하로 사용해
주십시오.
3) 유압타입 테일 스핀들(Tail Spindle)과 병용할 경우는 가로설치용
설치기준면과 세로설치 시 Body 상면의 테일 스핀들 접속구(PT1/4)
를 1개소 이용하여 NC 로터리 테이블에서 테일 스핀들로 유압을
공급해 주십시오.
The lubricant is filled in the NC Rotary Table at the factory before
shipping. Check that the lubricant is filled up to the center line of the
instrument before start operation.
* 필요유량은 오차가 발생할 수 있습니다.
* 윤활유는 반드시 게이지를 확인하여 정량을 넣어주십시오.
* The required oil quantity may vary.
* Please refill the lubricant monitoring the gauge.

모든 윤활유는 6개월마다 새 것으로
교체하십시오. 오일을 교체하기 전에 완전히
배수하고 부스러기나 이물질이 탱크에
들어가지 않도록 주의하십시오. 부스러기나
이물질이 들어가면 베어링 등과 같은 중요
부품이 움직이지 않거나 가공 정밀도가
떨어집니다. (표3 참조)
권장 오일을 사용하십시오. (표4 참조)

The valid life span of the lubricant
depends on various factors.
However, replacing all the lubricant
every six months is the standard.
To replace the lubricant, drain the
existing lubricant completely. Clean
the oil tap before pouring in the
lubricant, to prevent dust or other
foreign matter from entering the
roduct. Dust or other foreign matter
can cause the worm gear or bearing
to seize up, or deteriorate the
accuracy of the Rotary Table.

4.3.1. 유압 클램프 시스템

1) Connect the HYD. hose to the HYD. input port. The HYD.
input port(PT 1/4) is located on the body.
See the outside drawing for installation.
2) The supply pressure of the HYD. should be less than
Max. 3.5Mpa(35.6kgf/cm
2
).
3) If used in combination with a HYD. type tail spindle, supply
hydraulic pressure from the NC Rotary Table to the tail spindle
using one of the lateral installation reference planes and the tail
spindle joint (PT 1/4) on top of the main frame for longitudinal
installation.
