⚫ ATTENTION! Do not run the appliance for more than 24hours in one single
use. After 24 hours. Unplug and let it cool down for at least 2 hours before
operating again.
⚫ Improper operation or handling can lead to malfunction of the appliance and
injuries to the user.
⚫ The surface of the dehydrator may be HOT when in operation, use caution
when handling it.
Features of Dehydrator

excellent as they hold almost all of their nutritional value and flavor.
• It is the perfect way to preserve fruit, meat, vegetables, herbs, flowers and
more.
• Contains ten, easy to clean stainless steel trays. Each tray can hold over 1
lb. of food.
• Easily remove one or more trays to increase the space for thicker food.
• Convenient drip tray collects residue for easy cleaning.

Before using for first time, wipe all parts of the appliance clean. Clean the 10 trays,
damper door and pans with a lightly moistened cloth and mild detergent. Do not
immerse the unit in water or other liquids!
After cleaning, the unit must be run empty for 30 minutes on the highest
temperature setting to clean the heating element. Any smoke or smells
produced during this procedure are normal. Please ensure sufficient
ventilation. After the 30 minute period, rinse the racks in water and dry all parts.
This act is only necessary before the first use.
Unplug the dehydrator from the power supply and let it cool down before cleaning.
Use a soft brush to remove stuck food. Dry all parts before storing the dehydrator.
Do not clean the appliance with aggressive chemicals or abrasives so as not to
damage the stainless steel surface.
