The scaler (IC302) is
abnormal.
Replace the main board.

board and panel and
replace the LCD panel.
Does the signal appear at R214(DDC_
SCL_DOUT) and R215(DDC_
SDA_DOUT) ?
The IC302 is abnormal.
Replace the main board.
