To troubleshoot Anynet+ not working on your Samsung TV, verify the following: * The device is an Anynet+ compatible device, as the system only supports these. * Only one receiver (home theater) is connected. * The Anynet+ device power cord is properly connected. * The Video/Audio/HDMI cable connections to the Anynet+ device are secure. * Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is enabled in the Anynet+ setup menu. * The TV remote control is in TV mode. * The remote control is specifically for Anynet+. * The Anynet+ function of the Anynet+ device is set to on. Also, note that Anynet+ may not function during certain operations like searching for channels or during Plug & Play. If you connect or disconnect the HDMI cable, try rescanning for devices or power cycling your TV.
