Fan propeller
+ Motor
1) Take Fan Propeller apart.
2) Unscrew and remove 4 screws on Motor to
take apart Motor.
(Use + Screw Driver)

Ass’y bracket
Motor
1) Unscrew and remove 2 screws on to take
apart Bracket Motor.
(Use + Screw Driver)
9 Belt heater Detach the spring of belt heater to
remove from compressor (Belt heater
connecter is already removed from the
Control part in the procedure 1 of No. 6.)
10 Heat Exchanger 1) Purge the Refrigerant first.
2) Unscrew the fix screw.
3) Separate the pipe from the Entrance and
Exist by using a welder.
4) Separate Heat Exchanger from Unit.
When removing the Compressor,
Heat Exchanger, and Pipe, Purge the
Refrigerant inside the Compressor
completely and remove the pipe with a
weld-ing flame.
