What to do if air doesn't come out of my Samsung Fan?
If air is not coming out of your Samsung Fan, the dust filter or heat exchange element may be blocked by dust. Clean the dust filter and the heat exchange element frequently. Alternatively, the air intake or outlet could be blocked. Remove all dust from the air intake.
Why are there water drops coming from my Samsung Fan's air intake?
If you notice water drops coming from the air intake of your Samsung Fan, it could be because the ventilator is operating in By-Pass mode during heating. When heating, make sure to operate the ventilator in Heat-EX mode.
