If your Sound Bar is connected to a receiver, and the receiver is connected to the TV using an HDMI cable, check the
HDMI connector on the back of the TV. The cable must be connected to the HDMI (ARC) port on your TV.
The HDMI (ARC) port may support eARC in some models.
