Step Cause and Check Point Yes No
1
Check that the power code is plugged into
electrical outlet. Is it plugged?
Go to step2 Plug the power code.
2 Is the on/off switch in the ON position? Go to step3 Turn the switch on.

Check if the power input and SMPS output
are normal. Is it normal?
Go to step4 Replace the SMPS.
4 Check the LCD panel. Is it normal?
Replace the OPE PBA or
the Main PBA.
Replace the LCD panel.

1 Check the paper is loaded properly. Go to step 2.
Adjust the paper guide in
paper size.

Check the rollers on paper path is dirty.
Is it dirty?
Clean the rollers. Go to step 3.
3 Pick up roller, feed roller is defective.
Replace the pick up roller,
feed roller together.
Replace the SMPS.
Description
When the paper is feeding, multiple pages are fed.
Description
Paper is skewed.
