04 OVEN USE
During cooking, Cook Time and Temperature are available to change the setting.
• Cooking time : Just turn Multi Function Selector.
• Temperature: Press Selector button and then turn Multi Function Selector.
In Convection Mode settings, the top and Convection heating elements switch o
and on throughout cooking to regulate the temperature.
Important
1. Always use oven gloves when touching the recipients in the oven, as they will
be very hot.
2. When using Convection Mode, be sure glass baking dishes are suitable for 40-
230 °C cooking temperatures.
USING GRILL MODE
Food is heated by the top heating elements. (horizontal
position)
For grilling, open the door and place the food on the rack.
High rack High rack + Crusty plate
Grill ( ) setting
The grill enables you to heat and brown food quickly, without using microwaves.
1. Turn Mode Selector dial to Grill mode
position.
2. Set the cooking time by turning the Multi
Function Selector.
(The maximum cooking time is 90 minutes.)
3. Press Start button.
Important
1. Always use oven gloves when touching the recipients in the oven, as they will
be very hot.
2. Check that the heating element is in the horizontal position.
