Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to turn on the phone.
Slide the green phone icon to answer or the red phone icon to end an incoming call.
Navigate to the Email app, tap Compose, enter recipient, subject, and body.
Tap Calendar, select Date, tap Event, then Create New, and finally Done.
Go to Settings, My Device, Sound, Ringtones, and select your desired ringtone.
Use the MENU button, then SETTINGS, My device, Lock screen, Screen lock, and follow prompts.
Access Settings, My Device, Lock Screen, widgets, and Edit personal information.
Tap Contacts button, then Contacts at the top, and the plus button to add new contacts.
Respond to Sign in Failed message, enter new password when prompted for City of Philadelphia account.
In Email, tap Menu, Help, Edit email signature, select account, edit, then tap Done.
View contacts to Call, Email, SMS, or Share.
Setup phone to receive email via POP protocol.
Tap to access the Internet on your device.
Tap icon to send an SMS or MMS message.
Tap to download more apps.
Tap to open your phone settings.
