Forwarding calls
Set the device to forward incoming calls to a preset phone number when the device turns off
due to low battery power.
Launch the
Settings
app and tap
Device maintenance
→
Battery
→
Fwd calls when no
battery
, and then tap the switch to activate it. Tap
ENTER NUMBER
or
CONTACTS
and add a
phone number or contact. To send a message to notify the contact or number that your calls
will be forwarded to them, tap the
Auto send text message
switch to activate it.

Make sure that your service provider supports call forwarding.

You may incur additional charges when using this feature.
SIM or USIM card (nano-SIM card)
Installing the SIM or USIM card
Insert the SIM or USIM card provided by the mobile telephone service provider.
Use caution not to lose or let others use the SIM or USIM card. Samsung is not
responsible for any damages or inconveniences caused by lost or stolen cards.

In some areas, data transfer speeds may be slower if two SIM cards are inserted in
the device than when one SIM card is inserted.

Some LTE services may not be available depending on the service provider. For
more information about service availability, contact your service provider.
