Settings Backup and Reset
1. From a Home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
2. Tap Backup and reset > Factory data reset.
3. Tap RESET DEVICE > RESET PHONE and follow
the prompts to perform the reset.
Reset Your System Settings
Reset your system settings back to their defaults.
Warning: This action returns your device to its factory
default settings. This does not affect your downloaded
apps, personal data, your security settings, language
settings, account settings, or your default application
settings.
