Pinch and Spread
“Pinch” the screen using your thumb and forefinger to zoom out or “spread” the screen to zoom in
when viewing a picture or a Web page. (Move fingers inward to zoom out and outward to zoom in.)
Activation and Service
Before using your phone, you must set up an account with Virgin Mobile.
Starter Kit
A Starter Kit (sold separately) is needed to activate each new line of service. So if you’re activating a new
phone for yourself, you’ll need a Starter Kit for your phone PLUS a Starter Kit for each additional new line
you want to add to your account.
The Starter Kit only activates the phone and does not provide monthly service. You’ll need to pick a plan
and Top-Up for monthly service.
If you are swapping/upgrading your phone on an existing Single Line or Multi-line Data Share plan, you
do not need a Starter Kit. Call us at 844-326-1261 to change phones.
Helpful Tips Before You Get Started
To create a new account with multiple lines, in the activation process select CREATE NEW
ACCOUNT for the first phone only. For each additional line you want to add to the account, select
ADD TO EXISTING ACCOUNT.
When picking a plan, remember to select the plan that represents the number of lines that you
want to add to the account.
If you start out on a Single Line plan and decide to add lines to your account sometime in the
future, your plan will adjust to meet your incremental needs.
