To start your transfer:
1. Select Transfer my number from another phone.
2. Ensure the information you entered is correct and matches how it appears on your latest bill.
3. Submit the transfer request.
4. You will be informed along the way about your transfer. This may take several hours.
Note: When requesting a different number, you may need to reset your phone once the transfer is
complete.
To reset your phone:
1. From home, tap Phone > Keypad tab to display the phone keypad.
2. Tap to start the reset. Your phone will
reboot a few times during this process.
