When entering text with the 3x4 keypad, you can use the
following modes:
Mode Function
ABC
Select 1.
to switch to ABC mode.
Select a corresponding virtual key until the 2.
appropriate character appears.
Number
Select 1.
to switch to Number mode.
Select a number.2.
You can enter numbers by tapping and
holding a virtual key in ABC mode.
Symbol
Select 1.
to switch to Symbol mode.
Select 2. ◄ or ► to scroll to a symbol set.
Select a symbol.3.
Enter text using the Swype keyboard

Select the first character of a word and drag your finger

to the second character without releasing the finger from
the screen.
Continue until you have finished the word.
