Share files
1. Connect your tablet to a computer
using the USB/Data cable.
2. On the computer, select open folder to
view les and click OK (Windows) or
double-click the virtual drive icon that
appears on the desktop (Macintosh).
3. Locate the le(s) you want to share.
4. Drag and drop or copy and
paste the le(s) you want to
share into the desired folder.
5. When nished, safely disconnect
your tablet from the computer.
TETHERING
Share your tablet’s mobile data connection
with a single computer using the USB/Data
cable.
To use your tablet’s data sharing capability,
you must have a Tethering and Wi-Fi
Sharing service plan.
Important: To share your tablet’s data
connection with another computer, you must
have the correct USB driver installed on that
computer.
Install the tethering driver
1. Download and install Samsung Kies
2.0 on the computer you want to share
your data connection with (see the File
Sharing section of this guide for help.)
2. On the computer, open Samsung Kies.
3. Click Tools.
4. Click Install driver.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions
to complete installation.
Tether your tablet
1. Connect your tablet to a computer
using the USB/Data cable.
2. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Wireless and networks.
5. Tap Tethering and portable hotspot.
6. Tap the USB tethering check box.
Your tablet starts sharing its data connection
with the computer via the USB/Data
cable.
