To see all of your current notications and
to access the Quick Settings menu, tap the
right corner of the Status bar.
Anytime Apps
To quickly access applications you might
need while working in other applications,
tap the Anytime Apps icon.
To close the Anytime Apps menu, tap the
down Arrow icon.
Applications screen
To access the Applications screen, from any
Home screen, tap Apps. Swipe left or right
to scroll through the screens. When you
download new applications, they will appear
on the Applications screens in alphabetical
order.
Unlock the screen
To save power, your tablet’s screen
will automatically dim and lock after a
designated period of inactivity.
To unlock the screen:
1. Quickly press the Power/Lock key.
2. Touch and drag the Lock
icon in any direction.
To change the lock timeout duration:
1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Screen.
4. Tap Timeout.
5. Tap to select the desired
timeout duration.
Add items to the Home screen
1. Touch and hold an empty spot
on any Home screen.
2. Tap Widgets, App shortcuts, or More.
3. Tap the item you want to add.
Move or delete Home screen items
1. Touch and hold the item you want
to move or delete until it vibrates.
2. Drag it to another location
or to the red Trash Can icon
at the top of the screen.
