Key Function
Volume Adjust the device’s volume.
Camera
In Idle mode, turn on the camera;
In Camera mode, take a photo or
record a video.

Idle screen
When the device is in Idle mode, you will see the idle
screen. From the idle screen, you can view indicator icons,
widgets, shortcuts to applications, and other items.
The idle screen has some default panels, and you can add
new panels to the idle screen.

The rst idle screen is the live panel. You can view the
current time and date, weather information, search input
box, and calendar.

Keys
Key Function
Power/
Lock
Turn the device on or o (press
and hold); Lock or unlock the
touch screen and keys.
Dial
Make or answer a call; In Idle
mode, retrieve logs of your calls
and messages.
Menu
Access Menu mode; Launch the
task manager to view all active
applications (press and hold);
In Idle mode or while using an
application, access Search (press
twice).
End
End a call; In Menu mode, return
to Idle mode; In Idle mode, access
the live panel.
