and 58 of MIC1.
Check if VDD
of 5V is measured at the
pin of VIC1.
Replace the MIC1 IC.
Replace the VIC1.
Check if the pin 4 and 5 of
CON3 is 3.3V.
Check if the pin 3 of CON3 is
5V.
