Import Contacts from Device Storage
From home, tap Apps > Contacts . 1.
 You will see the Contacts list.
Tap More > Settings > Import/Export contacts. 2.
 You will see the Import/Export contacts menu.
Tap Import. 3.
Select a destination for the imported contacts. 4.
Follow the prompts to complete the import.
5.
 The contacts are imported and stored in the selected account.
