  If your Samsung LCD TV has no power, start by checking the internal cable connections inside the unit. Also, check the fuses of each part and the output voltage of the SMPS. If those steps don't resolve the issue, consider replacing the Main Board. The problem could be due to improperly connected cables, a malfunctioning Main Board, or a faulty SMPS.

  If your Samsung LCD TV displays no video when using an Analog PC signal, first check the PC source. If the issue persists, consider changing the Main Assy and check the T-Con B’d. The problem may occur if the LVDS cable connecting the Main Board and the Panel is disconnected.
