What to do if the display I want to control does not appear on the system information chart of my Samsung MD32B?

First, check the RS232C cable connection to ensure it's properly connected to the correct serial port. Also, make sure that no other display with a duplicate ID is connected, as this can cause data collision, preventing the display from being shown. Finally, verify that the display ID is within the range of 0 to 99. You can change the ID using the Display menu.
