BEFORE CALLING SERVICE

EN : When the Refrigerator / Freezer
is not operating or the food
does not freeze sufficiently:
- Is the plug properly connected?
- Is the power fuse blown?
- Are the temperature controls set
properly(not set to "COLD")?
- Is the appliance exposed to direct sunlight
or installed near a heater?
- Does the appliance have enough
clearance from the wall in all directions?
EN : When food freezes in the
refrigerator:
- Are the temperature controls set
properly(not set to "COLDER")?
- |f the food is juicy or very moist, is the
temperature control set too"COLDER"?
- Is the ambient temperature too low?
EN : When there is noise from the unit:
- Is the refrigerator installed on a flat, stable
surface?
- Is the appliance positioned too close to a
wall?
- Are there any objects behind or under the
refrigerator?
- Is the sound coming from the compressor?
EN : When the rear or side panel of
the refrigerator is hot:
- Is a radiation(air ventilator/cooler) pipe
installed?
- Is the ambient temperature high?
- Has dew formed on the outside of the
appliance because of high humidity?

ES : Cuando los alimentos se
congelan en el frigorífico
- El control de temperatura está a un nivel
“Másfrio”.
- La temperatura ambiente es demasiado,
“Frio”.
- Los alimentos son jugosos o húmedos,
ya que éstos se congelan fácilmente.
ES : Cuando la unidad produzca ruidos
- El frigorífico está perfectamente nivelado
- El frigorífico está demasiado pegado a la
pared
- Hay objetos detrás debajo del
- Ese ruido procede del compresor
ES : El panel posterior o lateral del
frigorífico está caliente
- Hay instalada una tubería de condensación
(ventilador de aire/aire acondicionado)
- La temperatura ambiente es alta; la
temperatura interior del frigorífico puede que
aumente (no es un funcionamiento anormal)
- La humedad es alta; puede formarse rocío
en el exterior del frigorífico
