Suppose the Suction temperature right before Compressor start that has high priority of
start = Tsuc, ini and the Suction temperature of current Compressor = Tsuc, real. When | Tsuc,
real - Tsuc, ini | < 2°C condition maintains for 30 minutes, the error is judged.
