Selecting Ringtone Types for Messages
Select a ringtone that notifies you when a message has arrived.
1. Press > Settings > Ringers > Messages.
2. Select Downloaded, Preloaded, or No Ringer.
3. Select a category and then use your navigation key to scroll through the available
ringtones. Press PLAY (left softkey) to hear a sample ringtone.
4. Press to assign a ringtone.
Selecting Ringtones for Alarm/Calendar
Assign a ringtone to your phone's alarm and calendar.
1. Press > Settings > Ringers > Alarm/Calendar.
2. Select Downloaded, Preloaded, or No Ringer.
3. Select a category and then use your navigation key to scroll through the available
ringtones. Press PLAY (left softkey) to hear a sample ringtone.
4. Press to assign a ringtone.
Selecting a Ringtone for Power Up/Power Down
Customize your ringtone for when you power up or power down your phone.
1. Press > Settings > Ringers> Power Up/Down.
2. Select On or Off.
Selecting a Ringtone for the Battery Alert
Select a ringtone to alert you when your battery needs charging.
1. Press > Settings > Ringers > Battery Alert.
2. Select On or Off.
Auto Key Guard
When turned On, Auto Key Guard automatically locks the keys when the backlight turns off.
1. Press > Settings > Auto Key Guard.
2. Select On or Off.
