Why is my Samsung SyncMaster NC190 screen blank and won't turn on?

If your Samsung Monitor screen is blank and the power LED blinks every second, the power saving function might be active. Try clicking the mouse or pressing a key to turn the screen back on. Also, ensure the power cord is properly connected. If you see a message about checking the signal cable, verify the connection between your PC and the monitor. If the message persists, try rechecking the input signal using the /SOURCE button. Finally, if you see a message saying 'Not Optimum Mode', adjust the resolution and frequency settings to match what your monitor supports.
