Maintenance Features
- Cleaning:
- Unplug the TV before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the product.
- For stubborn smudges, use a micro-fiber cloth dampened with a small amount of water, then dry with a clean cloth.
- Do not use chemicals like wax, benzene, alcohol, thinners, insecticide, aerial fresheners, lubricants, or detergents, as they can damage the TV's appearance or printing.
- Do not spray water or any liquid directly onto the TV to avoid electric shock or fire.
- Avoid applying strong force to the screen during cleaning to prevent damage.
- Battery Replacement: For the Samsung Smart Remote, open the rear cover, insert AA batteries ensuring correct polarity (+/-), and alkaline batteries are recommended for longer life.
- Cable Management: Use the provided cable guide and cover terminal to tidy and conceal cables for a neat appearance and proper ventilation.
- Ventilation: Maintain a minimum distance of 10 cm between the TV and surrounding objects (walls, cabinet sides) to ensure proper ventilation and prevent overheating, which can lead to product damage or fire.
- Power Consumption: Unplug the TV from the wall outlet when not in use for extended periods to decrease power consumption in standby mode.
- Still Image Warning: To prevent image burn-in on the LED screen, avoid displaying still images (e.g., JPEG files, channel logos, news crawls, 4:3 format programs) for long periods. - Securing the TV:
