No Apps on Apps Panel
- SYMPTOM:
The TV is connected to Internet, but it fails to load/download any default applications. You only see the
WebBrowser app as shown below.
- REPAIR GUIDE:
1) Update the TV’s S/W to the latest version.
(Note: Make sure you have an Internet connection, and then go to Menu>Support>Software Update>Update
now)
2) Reset the TV to the default factory settings (Factory Reset):
• Go to the factory menu using a factory remote: Info + Factory > Option > Factory Reset.
• Go to the factory menu using a regular remote: Power off > Mute + 182 + Power > Option > Factory Reset.
