- SYMPTOM:
● The TV powers ON by itself while it is in standby mode.
- CAUSE: After the completing a standby S/W upgrade, the TV sent a POWER IR Key to the CEC device.
- REPAIR GUIDE:
1) Update the TV’s S/W to the latest version.
Note: Make sure to download the latest TV S/W from SAMSUNG.COM prior to customer visit.
