- SYMPTOM:
The TV powers OFF and ON by itself.
- REPAIR GUIDE:
1) Replace the main PCB ONLY IF the TV was manufactured in March, 2013 or earlier and the serial number is
listed in Contact Samsung (Menu>Support>Contact Samsung). If the Main board has been replaced or the
serial number is not displayed in Menu>Support>Contact Samsung, DO NOT REPLACE the main board.
2) Update the TV’s S/W to the latest version.
(Note: Make sure to download the SW file from SAMSUNG.COM prior to the customer visit.)
