Before Removing SMPS board,
Discharge Capacitors

You have to discharge the SMPS by using
service JIG across leads of Large Capacitors as
pictured below.
If LED ON -> LED OFF, Discharge is completed.
Then verify voltage is less than 10Vdc across
leads with Volt Meter.
Service Jig-Capacitor Discharge
• If LED ON £ LED OFF discharge is
completed.
