Network / Gateway 1. If it Fails:•
TV to Router Connection Test in " 9 Network Trouble shooting"
DNS Test2. If it Fails:•
DNS setting in " 9 Network Settings"
If DNS is set manually:•
Settings are correct (may be set to 8.8.8.8 to prevent Netix issues) 9
If it still fails:•
DNS Test with setting to Auto Mode 9
If it fails both Manual & Auto problem is ISP or Router.•
ISP Blocking3. If it Fails:•
Internet Service Provider is Active. 9
With DNS setting at 8888. 9
With Hot Spot. 9
Samsung Server Test4. If it Fails:•
Network Status. 9
If OK:•
Reset Smart Hub. 9
Terms of Agreement are accepted. 9
Samsung Apps5. If it Fails:•
Reset Smart Hub. 9
Samsung Apps load correctly. 9
Perform " 9 Apps Reset" in Factory Mode.
Go to Smart Hub and complete Terms of Agreement and set up information. 9
Samsung Apps load correctly. 9
Before selecting an App, allow Apps to load or failure wilre-occur. 9
