Why is my Anynet+ not working on my Samsung LED TV?

  There are several reasons why Anynet+ might not be working. First, ensure the device is Anynet+ compatible, as the system only supports these devices. Only one receiver can be connected at a time. Check that the power cord and Video/Audio/HDMI cables of the Anynet+ device are properly connected. Also, verify that Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is turned On in the Anynet+ setup menu and that the TV remote control is in TV mode. Ensure the remote control is Anynet+ compatible. Anynet+ may not function during certain operations like searching channels or initial setup. After connecting or disconnecting the HDMI cable, search for devices again or power cycle your TV. Finally, confirm that the Anynet+ function of the Anynet+ device is enabled.

  If the connected device is not displayed, first verify that the device supports Anynet+ functions and that the HDMI cable is properly connected. Ensure that Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is set to On in the Anynet+ setup menu. Try searching for Anynet+ devices again. Note that only HDMI cables can be used to connect Anynet+ devices, but some HDMI cables may not support Anynet+ functions. If the connection was interrupted due to a power issue or the HDMI cable being disconnected, repeat the device scan.

  When the message “Connecting to Anynet+ device...” appears, you cannot use the remote control while Anynet+ is being configured or while switching to a view mode. Wait until the Anynet+ setting or switching to view mode is complete before using the remote control.
