UC9000 PD BOARD DIAGNOSIS
General PD board Diagnosis1.
Disconnect the wire between PD board and Main board.
Short Circuit 22Pin and 24pin of CNM801 ▶ If the BLU on , we can consider PD board is acting correctly.
LED Driver output diagnosis2.
Measure voltage at CD477 or CD437 which are criteria for judgement
Measure voltage at CD403 or CD418 which are criteria for judgement

Voltage at the CD477 or CD437 110~130V 148~215V 330~370V
Judgement
PD board is in out of order or bottom
LED bars of the panel are short circuit.
PD board is acting
normally.
Bottom LED bar wire is
down.
Voltage at the CD403 or CD418 110~130V 148~215V 330~370V
Judgement PD board is in out of order or top LED
bars of the panel are short circuit.
PD board is acting
normally.
Top LED bar wire is
down.
