Information codes
If your washing machine malfunctions, you may see an information code on the display. If this happens,
please check the table below and try the suggested solution before calling Customer Service.

• Make sure the door is firmly closed.
• Make sure that no laundry is caught in the door.
4E
• Make sure the water supply tap(s) are turned on.
• Check the water pressure.
• Clean the mesh filters of water supply intakes.
5E
• Clean the debris filter.
• Make sure the drain hose is installed correctly.
UE
• The laundry load is unbalanced. Redistribute the load. Washing one item i.e.
blanket, pillow or a large towel can cause weight shift during the spin cycle; if
the weight shift occurs, then the “UE” message may be displayed.
