Saf-T-Knife
®
Station is designed to keep kitchen knives safe, sanitary
and secure, by allowing staff to view knives inside to verify that they are
clean and pest-free. Saf-T-Knife Station is easy to clean and completely
dishwasher safe. For daily cleaning, slide off top and open front door to
wipe down with cleaner/sanitizer. For thorough cleaning, disassemble unit
and run parts through dishwasher.

Specications For Use: Saf-T-Knife
®
Station is designed to be used
with up to 8 knives (less if you are using unit to store a cleaver or
other larger knife) and a wand-style (round or oval shaped shaft) knife
sharpener. The lower or front slot on the unit top will hold knives up
to 1/10 inch (2.5mm) in blade thickness, with one large slot that can
accommodate a knife blade up to 5 inches (127mm) in width.

Saf-T-Knife Station comes completely assembled for ease of shipping.
It is recommended that you disassemble the unit, wash and sanitize

Station is constructed of three, easy-to-assemble/
disassemble components.
Mounting Instructions: Before mounting, you will need the
following items: (1) screwdriver or drill with screwdriver
attachment and (4) #10 screws, anchors, washers (included in packet).
Drywall anchors may be needed. A level is recommended.

With a pen or pencil, mark wall location for screws by using the
holes in the back. Use a level, if available, to ensure the unit
will be level. Put the unit body aside.

(part C), line up with screws, insert unit and gently push
down to secure in place.

Please note: the front door (part B) must be on and closed before
