What to do if SANCH Inverter detects over current at output side?
- KKatelyn GuzmanAug 7, 2025
If the SANCH Inverter detects an overcurrent at the output side, take the following steps: 1. Verify that the motor's rated current matches the AC motor drive's rated current. 2. Ensure there are no short circuits in U/t1-V/t2-W/T3. 3. Confirm that there is no short circuit or grounding in the motor connection. 4. Make sure the screws are securely tightened to the AC motor drive. 5. Increase the acceleration time (parameters 1-09, 1-10). 6. Check that the motor is not overloaded.
