How to fix over-current during acceleration (Acc process) in Santerno SINUS VEGA 2S Inverter?
- Rrebekah43Aug 21, 2025
If your Santerno Inverter displays an over-current error during acceleration, it could be due to several reasons. It may be caused by an acceleration time that is too short, so try prolonging the acceleration time. The V/F curve might not be suitable, so check and adjust the V/F curve, adjust torque boost, or correctly set the motor parameters to ensure the auto torque boost works well. Also, check the inverter’s input AC supply, as a low AC supply voltage can cause this issue. If the moment of inertia of the load is too large, reduce the load and prolong the acceleration time. Ensure the motor completely stops before restarting the inverter. Verify that the motor parameters are properly set and that the inverter power is adequate; if not, select a higher power inverter.
