FAULT FINDING
Carefully determine the reason for the failure.
The ground coffee measure is not consistent
• Check there is ground coffee in the dose measurer (2)
• Clean the coffee dose measurer (2) + (4)
The ground coffee jams in the outlet conduit
• Clean the coffee outlet (4) regularly. Be careful not to damage the metal coffee
ejector tab.
The adjustment of the ground coffee measure is not instant
• Approximately 3 to 6 doses should be dispensed to see the effects of the change in
adjustment.
There is too much ground coffee in the measure
• Always use the same source of ground coffee
• Adjust the dose measurer
There is not enough ground coffee in the measure
• Check that the amount of ground coffee in the dose measurer is at least one third of
the capacity of the dose measurer
• Always use the same source of ground coffee
• Adjust the dose measurer
Dispensing a half measure
• Pull the handle to the front most stop. Half measures cannot be dispensed. Anything
that has not been dispensed will be dispensed on the next pull of the handle.
