be
preformed
in
the
order
as
below.

Cover
from
the
unit
and
connect
a
frequency
counter
to
the
left
or
right
channel

illustrated.
Then,
insert
a
3kHz
test
tape
(Example:
TEAC
MTT-111)
into
the
cassette
compartment.

synchroscope

Then,
set
the
synchroscope
as
follows:

test
tape

the
cassette
compartment
and
check
to
see
that
the
phase
difference

the
Right

Left
channels
on
the
synchroscope
while
the
test
tape
is
being
played
back.

Then,
turn
the
azimuth
adjusting
screw
until
the
wave
forms
of
the
Right
and
Left
channels
are
superimposed
and
set
to
optimum
at
maximum
reading
of
the
VT
VM.

being

adjust
the
potentiometer
inside
the
Motor
by
turning
it
until
the

counter
reads
3
kHz
(+1%).
After
the
adjustment,
secure
the
azimuth
adjusting
screw
with
paint
or
glue.
