④ The initial value for temperature (°C) of HACCP3 is set to "100". If the change is necessary,
set the temperature and time as desired.
If HACCP3 is not to be used, press the MODE key three times. The unit enters the buzzer
setting.
⑤ Set the buzzer to ON or OFF.
Use the MAX/MIN or HOLD key to set the buzzer, and then press the MODE key to confirm.
The unit returns to the temperature measurement mode.
Operation
① Press and hold the HACCP key for at least two seconds to enter the HACCP1 mode.
while in the temperature measurement mode.
At this point, each time the MODE key is pressed, the
HACCP mode is switched between HACCP 2 and
HACCP 3. Select the mode to be used.
② Perform temperature measurement.
When the temperature reaches the set point, the timer starts counting down. When the time
reaches the set point, the LED turns on and the buzzer starts sounding if it has been set to ON.
To turn off the LED and/or the buzzer, press the HACCP key. The timer is reset to its value
before the countdown started.
Note: - If the temperature falls below the set point during countdown, the count is
automatically reset to its value before the countdown started.
- The LED and buzzer are automatically turned off after one minute, without pressing
the HACCP key. Then, the timer starts flashing and continues to flash until the HACCP
key is pressed.
③ To return to the temperature measurement mode from the HACCP mode, press and hold the
HACCP key for at least two seconds.
