Fasten four ANGLE BRACKETS (27G) to the PANEL (F).
Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).

NOTE: Be sure the edges of the ANGLE BRACKETS are
even with the edge of the PANEL.

Fasten the PANEL (F) to the SHELF (D). Use four BLACK
9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the ANGLE
BRACKETS on the PANEL and into the SHELF.
