Assembly Process

Step 1: Component Preparation

Insert hidden cams and cam dowels into shelves and panels.

Step 2: Molding and Left End Attachment

Tap molding connectors into moldings and attach left end.

Step 3: Fasten Left End to Molding

Secure the left end to the left molding using screws.

Step 4: Panel and Shelf Connection

Attach angle brackets and connect panel to shelf.

Step 5: Connect Left End Assembly

Fasten shelf and panel to left end, tightening cams.

Step 6: Fasten Right End Assembly

Attach right end to molding, shelf, and panel.

Step 7: Insert Pins and Uprights

Insert metal pins and attach uprights to the shelf.

Step 8: Attach Top Panel

Insert pins into uprights and fasten top panel.

Step 9: Attach Back Panel

Turn unit over and fasten back panel with nails.

Step 10: Final Assembly and Mounting

Attach shelves, brackets, and mount headboard to bedframe.
