CV29 Conguration Register
The Conguration Register, CV29, tells the decoder how to behave in
a number of ways from speed steps, to speed curves, and whether to
recognize a short or long address. See Fig. 3 to learn how the default
value was reached on the AC4400.
CV163 / 164 Alternate Horn And Bell Sounds
