What to do if ScentAir ScentStream SXD2110 Accessories unit will not turn on?

  If your ScentAir Accessories unit isn't turning on, first ensure that the power outlet is working. If it still doesn't turn on, press the SELECT (OVERRIDE) button on the system; if it then turns on, reset the clock event settings. If the backlight turns on but the LCD display shows no information, the LCD is malfunctioning. If these steps don't work, a replacement of the unit will be necessary.

Why can't I smell the scent from my ScentAir ScentStream SXD2110 Accessories?

  If you cannot smell the scent from your ScentAir Accessories, verify that the pump is running and set to the correct number of nozzles. Also, confirm that an event is set with the timer configured for the current times of the day. Check the oil level in the container and ensure the pump is on. Detach the 3/8in. Output Tube from the Collector. If no mist is seen, clear any obstructions from the nozzle or pickup tube using a small strip of wire. Ensure the 3/8in. Output Tube on the discharge side of the collector is correctly mounted in the supply duct and is free of dips or traps. Finally, make sure all dampers in the HVAC duct are open and the HVAC system fan is running. If clearing the obstruction doesn't work, replacement will be necessary.
