Mince 500 gr lean meat with ne grinding disk. Fry
2 nely chopped onions until golden brown. Add the
remaining ingredients and cook some more. After ther
are cooked, add chopped walnuts and allow to cool.
For the outside casing, mince 500 gr lean meat with ne
grinding disk. Mix bulgur wheat, chopped onion
and other ingredients with minced meat and mince
them all with ne grindig disk. If needed pass them
trough the mincer a second and a third time. Then, pass
the mixture for outer casing from the grinder. Cut into
approximately 7-8 cm langths and pinch one end of
the tube together. Put 1 spoon of the mixture prepared
before for inside and pinch the other end. While piching,
wet your hands a little bit in order to pinch them easily
