Safety function:
 Engage drive and brake shutdown if emergency stop is actuated or one of the
monitoring functions SS1, ECS or SSX is activated and these are not bridged by "gap
present".
 The running gear is switched off via two "SS1 FW" outputs.
 The brakes are released via two outputs "Release brake".
 A message is sent to the PLC via "Bit 40 FW SS1".
 If there is an emergency stop, the shutdown is implemented immediately.
