• De-lime with Scotsman
Ice Machine Cleaner
– Push & release clean
button
– Pour in 24 ounces of IM
cleaner through handy
fill-plug in sump cover
– Clean for 10 minutes,
then push and release
clean button, wait 20
minutes and shut unit off
• Check distributors for
scale build up
