PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The hose leaks at the
tank connection or
power wand tool.
The hose is cracked, swollen, or faulty. Replace the hose.
The connection is damaged. Replace the hose assembly, tank, or
power wand tool.
The nozzle drips when
the trigger is not
depressed.
There is dirt or debris in the power
wand tool.
Clean the hose and power wand tool.
There is a damaged o-ring or seal in the
power wand tool.
Replace the hose and power wand tool.
Trigger is not fully depressed. Inspect for debris in between trigger
and wand case to ensure trigger is fully
depressed.
The wand extension or
nozzle tip leaks.
O-ring is missing or damaged. Replace O-ring at wand extension or
nozzle tip.
The spray pattern is
poor.
The nozzle is damaged. Replace the nozzle.
The nozzle is partially clogged. Clean the nozzle. See Cleaning.
The power wand tool
shuts off abruptly.
The power wand tool has reached its
maximum thermal limit.
Allow the power wand tool to cool down.
The power wand tool is out of charge.
To maximize the life of the power wand
tool, it is designed to shut off abruptly
when the charge is depleted.
Plug in the power wand tool and allow it
to charge.
The power wand tool
does not charge.
The charger is not plugged in. Plug the charger into a working outlet.
The surrounding air temperature is too
hot or too cold.
Move the power wand tool to a
surrounding air temperature of above 40°
F (4.5° C) or below 104° F (40° C).
The charger is plugged into a damaged
outlet.
Check that outlet is functioning.
Red light continues blinking on power
wand tool (battery temperature too
high for safe charging).
Allow power wand tool to cool.
Red and green lights blink alternately on
power wand tool (cannot be charged).
Replace power wand tool.
